Located in the heart of Liège, this new construction project blends contemporary architectural design, energy performance, and urban functionality. Designed by ArchitectANA, the building stands out through its refined composition of volumes, clean horizontal lines, and the elegant contrast between light grey brick cladding and dark architectural accents, creating a strong and timeless identity.

The ground floor hosts a flexible commercial space offering optimal visibility and adaptable layouts suitable for a wide range of urban activities. On the first floor, the four residential apartments benefit from generous glazing and a carefully optimised orientation, providing natural light, comfortable living conditions, and high energy efficiency. Each apartment complies with the latest PEB requirements in Wallonia.

The fully integrated underground parking ensures secure and discreet vehicle access, allowing outdoor areas to be landscaped with clarity and coherence.
